Suited for all levels. Our teachers are experienced and compassionate; while balancing with a focus on proper breathing and stretching, combined to strengthen.
Ages: 8-12 Kids train to develop strength, flexibility, by focusing on Breathing and stretching.
Feel free to come in and exercise on your own; and at your own convenience. Stay an hour, alone or with friends and just rejuvenate, smell our aromas, sweat off your stress; all with a professional eye near by. (Time availability is subject to change, please confirm.)
Our dancing/gymnastics involve muscular endurance and coordination as well as sensuality. Athletic movement includes climbing, spinning and body inversions that work the upper and lower body and core strengths on a steel or brass pole.
Half an hour of yoga with an intense focus on breathing and stretching; followed by another half-hour message with scented aroma.
Our personal trainer will help you build a safe and efficient workout program to suit your fitness level and goals. Adding strength, nutrition, flexibility, and cardiac-vascular training.
1 hour massage is also available by appointment only.
We have the capacity to hold 10 to 15 people in Dance, Exercise, Yoga, Meditation or seminars. Contact us when you are looking for space. Call 646.232.4545.
